The apartment location is very central, near the bus station, not far from the beach, just 7 minutes walk and the main street of Las Americas, also the shopping Siam mall and water park are within walking distance.
There are also cafes, restaurants and a supermarket located right outside the house. Despite the fact that it is located in the very center, the complex itself is very quiet and calm inside.
The apartment is available for two adults only.
